They are provided free, as they are, for saving publicly available Instagram content. By using them you accept that you are responsible for what you do with the files you download.

You agree to save only content you have the right to save, to respect the copyright of whoever created it, and not to redistribute or commercialise other people's work without permission. read this before you re-upload anything sets out where the line sits.
You agree not to use automated scripts against these tools, not to attempt to circumvent rate limits, and not to use the service in a way that interferes with it for other people.
What we are responsible for
Keeping the tools working when we reasonably can. Instagram changes its systems without notice, so uptime is not guaranteed and no service level is promised.
No media is hosted here. Files are streamed from Instagram's servers at the moment you request them and are not retained. Copyright in all content remains with whoever created it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of these tools, including any consequence of how you use a downloaded file. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
